Examination Guidelines
Regular Assessment System
Students are assessed periodically during the academic year through class tests, assignments, oral assessments, project work, and formal examinations.
Mandatory Attendance
Attendance in all examinations is compulsory. Students are expected to appear for every examination according to the schedule announced by the school.
Absence During Examination
If a student is absent from an examination without a valid reason or prior written application, no re-examination will be conducted except in exceptional cases approved by the administration.
Admit Card Requirement
Students must carry their admit card or examination identity proof whenever required. Students without proper authorization may not be allowed to appear.
Examination Discipline
Students must maintain strict discipline during examinations. Any kind of unfair means, cheating, malpractice, copying, or misconduct is strictly prohibited.
Promotion Criteria
Promotion to the next class is based on the student's overall performance in periodic assessments, half-yearly, final examination, attendance record, and conduct.
Result Declaration
Results are declared after every examination as per the school schedule. Parents are encouraged to regularly review their child's academic progress.
Evaluation Pattern
Evaluation is conducted on the basis of written exams, internal assessments, practical work, projects, assignments, classroom participation, and subject performance.
Improvement and Remedial Support
